The on-site assessment by the Supratec engineers resulted in several months of in-house ideas.

Thanks to our experience in integrating 100 manipulators for our various clients and our expertise in different technological building blocks, our engineering teams proposed a modular solution that could be adapted to various needs.

This resource, available in fixed or mobile version, and completely electric, integrates technologies widely used by Supratec in other systems: AGV systems, batteries, safety systems, raise/lower systems, plate rotation systems for the manipulator, and systems that can connect one manipulator to another and to an ERP system. For the mobile version, our engineering teams integrated omnidirectional wheels developed in-house. This integration allows in particular for great flexibility of movement.

Consequently, eMove improves flexibility, reconfigures the workshop, organises production in an entirely “lean” way, reduces civil engineering in the workshop, improves productivity, reduces the transition phases to the bridge crane, and even reduces the use of the bridge crane between each workstation.
